Returns & Exchanges

At JW PEI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original dust bag and box, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
